Complaints Procedure

Should you wish to make a complaint against a member of the association, the following procedure should be followed before submitting a complaint:

1. Read the ESSA Code of Conduct
2. Read the Ethical guidelines
3. Should you feel that your complaint warrants further investigation please download and complete the electronic complaints form and return to the Executive Officer
