NEW for Exhibitors at ESSA 2010 Conference - Exhibitor Passport Promotion

For the first time we will be introducing a new incentive for exhibitors in the form of a delegate exhibitor passport. The passport requires delegates to visit each trade stand and have their passport stamped. This allows exhibitors the opportunity to gain contact information from delegates and increase their exposure.

There is also the exclusive branding opportunity for 3 exhibitors only to be the official sponsors of the Passport Promotion. ESSA is seeking product prizes to the value of 1)$500, 2)$300 & 3)$150. These sponsors will have their logo featured on the passport and also receive exposure at the closing ceremony prize draw.  

 

Exhibitor Workshops

A unique opportunity is available in the form of exhibitor workshops. Exhibitors can choose either a morning or lunch time 45 minute time slot to showcase their product or services to delegates.

There is limited availability on these workshop timeslots and they are assigned on a first in, first served basis, so be quick to secure your exhibition space today!
