Research to Practice 2012
19 - 21 April 2012, Jupiter Casino, Gold Coast, Queensland Register early and saveAccrediting a CE Course
CE course accreditation
Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA), requires accredited exercise physiologists to maintain their accreditation through continuing professional development (CPD). Accredited course providers can offer CE courses to accredited exercise physiologists to help with their continuing education and assist them in their annual re-accreditation with ESSA.
CEO courses include a variety of specialisations/categories and can be delivered face-to-face, through distance education, workshops or online seminars. Each continuing education opportunity (CEO) must be reviewed and accredited by the ESSA continuing education committee (CEC).
Why accredit your course with ESSA?
As an accredited course provider, you can offer continuing education to the ESSA members and provide CE Points (CEP). Once your course has met the strict standards of accreditation, it will be listed in the external continuing education courses section of our website and included in the monthly education ebulletin newsletter. In addition, you will receive accredited course provider branding to assist you in promoting your program and can be used on your website and certificates distributed to participants upon successful completion of the course.
