Within a single convenient liabilities insurance policy Guild includes the following covers:

·         Professional Indemnity. To protect against a breach of professional duty.

·         Products Liability. To protect against liability from goods sold and advice on goods sold.

·         Public Liability. To protect against claims made by third parties (eg. customers or the public) who may be injured or whose property may be damaged arising from your business.  

You automatically receive up to $100,000 Inquiries and Proceedings cover to cover you for the legal costs and expenses in connection with an official investigation or inquiry.  Our policy also provides cover for Retired Insureds.

Guild’s policy is designed to be flexible and provides a choice of employment categories, plus a choice of cover levels allowing you to select a policy to match your individual circumstances and needs.

Arranging your cover is easy!

1. Select your employment category.

Guild’s policy covers the following categories:

1. Full time exercise physiologist/exercise scientist

2. Execise physiologist/exercise scientist working less than 16 hrs per week.

3. Students

2. Select your cover level.

Guild’s policy allows you to select a level of cover that you feel is appropriate for your needs. You can choose from either $5 Million or $10 Million as your level of cover. Students have the choice of $2 Million or $5 Million cover.
