Applicants for ESSA AEP must submit clinical placement logbooks (for each of the three areas of: apparently healthy; cardiopulmonary/metabolic; and musculoskeletal/ neurological) for all hours completed after 1 January 2008.

For hours completed before 1 January 2008, logbooks are optional.
