When travelling interestate, the NUCAP manager and ESSA Executive Officer (EO) where possible, will make the time to meet with exercise and sports science academic units.  Outside of this time, the NUCAP manager and ESSA EO are available to meet face to face with an academic unit, or representative of, regarding course accreditation for a consultation fee of $115 per hour. The academic unit would also be required to cover all reasonable costs associated with the meeting.  It is expected that when interstate travel is necessary a face to face meeting would only be requested when the duration of the meeting is anticipated to be greater than two hours.
