Interprofessional Practice for Ex Professionals Webinar

Interprofessional Practice for Exercise Professionals Webinar

Interprofessional practice is a popular phrase in healthcare at the moment. The World Health Organisation states that good interprofessional practice can improve health outcomes for people with chronic disease, and decrease things like hospital admissions, clinical error rates and staff turnover. As clients present with more co-morbidities, and governments and funding sources look for more effective ways to deliver sustainable services, knowing how to use interprofessional practice to achieve these types of benefits has never been more important.

But what does interprofessional practice really look like? And how can you use it as an exercise professional to improve the services you offer?

This webinar takes the sometimes complex topic of interprofessional collaboration and translates it into easy to use, practical strategies. Whether you’re a new graduate, experienced exercise professional, team leader or an exercise professional working in a non-clinical setting, this webinar will leave you with a clearer picture of what interprofessional practice is and evidence based strategies that you can use to improve your practice.
