The Epigenetics of Exercise Webinar

It’s not just about moving more. It’s about moving in a way that is appropriate for the individual at the stage of life they are currently at. Recent evidence also indicates that when you move, how you move and why you move is all different for individuals as well. Then what an individual eats, how they sleep and the other lifestyle stresses like social, work and home life have an impact on their ability to move and the effect of movement itself.

In this presentation, Dr Cam McDonald (PhD) will share the latest insights into Epigenetics, phenotypology and how each clients results hinge on a whole system of factors. What allows for maximal recovery? What creates the best environment for growth? What supports the best motivation? How can exercise be used as a precise tool for treating disease - all of this is based on the current gene expression of an individual, and the combination of health technology and the latest science is able to shed more light than ever on it

Presented by Dr Cameron McDonald, BHlth Ex Sci, MSc Nut + Diet, PhD (Nut+Ex)
