Client Goal

To Live and function pain free, facilitate and manage high stress and high performance/pressure career, remain active and extremely healthy, have zero limitations when it comes to making decisions for recreational activity.

Content Covered

After a professional sports career this client has transition to the corporate world working on a complex, high pressure and high level. During his sporting career the client sustained multiple injuries including a sever back injury (ending his career). As a result the wash up of said injuries rear their ugly head over the past few years. Hear how AES work along side physiotherapists and doctors to facilitate not only injury prevention but a high performance environment (similar to that of professional sport) for the client to function optimally.

Kieran Maguire is the co-owner and director of Science Of Fitness. He studied an undergrad of Exercise Science and a masters in Strength of Conditioning at ECU graduating the later in 2018. With over 10 years experience in the health and fitness industry Kieran has worked with a range of clientele from youth to elderly, amateur to elite. Kierans experience includes Western Force, Brisbane City NRC, GPS Rugby Club, Stuartholme School and Science of Fitness to name a few. Kieran believes that the solutions exercise can provide go well and truely beyond just physical problems, and the positive, performance and solution based approach of AES is of incredible value to the broader public.
