Interested to implement workplace practices to drive the mental and physical health of girls and women at community through to professional sport? The focus of this half day forum is to present research outcomes on good practices to enhance leadership and participation for girls and women in sport and workshop how these good practices can be implemented into your workplace. Presented by Victoria University, this project is funded by the Australian Government to Victoria University.

Interested to implement workplace practices to drive the mental and physical health of girls and women at community through to professional sport? The focus of this half day forum is to present research outcomes on good practices to enhance leadership and participation for girls and women in sport and workshop how these good practices can be implemented into your workplace. 

Participants will take away new learnings and resources to assist implement practices to improve attraction and retention of women as leaders, grow participation of girls and women, and maximise the wellbeing of women athletes in their sport.

    Any Accredited Exercise Scientist and/or Accredited Exercise Physiologist, non-members and leaders in the sport industry interested to drive change in this field.
