Tom Ballantyne
Tom Ballantyne is the Head of Maurice Blackburn’s Victorian Medical Law department. Tom has extensive experience in all areas of health litigation. His other area of expertise is the National Disability Insurance Scheme and he is actively involved in advocacy, policy and the review/appeal process. Outside of the firm, he is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria Board.
Greg Emsley
Greg Emsley is the General Manager of Digital and Technology, based at Maurice Blackburn's Melbourne office. Greg has worked in IT for more than three decades in corporate and consulting roles, including the past 11 years as chief information officer for two of Australia's largest professional services organisations.
