Chris has been working in the health and fitness industry since 2006. He currently owns and runs a strength & conditioning facility in Coffs Harbour where he works with a diverse range of clients. He has extensive experience working with young athletes from a range of sports including tennis, athletics, rugby union, soccer and gymnastics. Chris specialises in training children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, and exercise for children and adults with mental health disorders, namely PTSD, anxiety and depression. Since 2006 Chris has had great success treating clients presenting with low back disorders through the workers compensation, Medicare and DVA systems. This course offers extensive content in relation to maintaining a neutral spine throughout all movement pattern exercises, and how to cue and correct aberrant movement patterns.
