ESSA Sports Science Meet-Up
The aim of this Sports Science Meet-Up will be to bring our sports science members together to discuss best-practice guidelines in transitioning back into training and competition in sporting environments. With the return to sport, it will be vitally important for sports scientists to meet and discuss the impact the lockdown has had on our athletes, ourselves, and our subsequent training strategies. We have convened an expert panel with perspectives from sports scientists, physiologists, skill-acquisition and physiotherapists from our national institutes, universities, and professional sporting clubs, to contribute to this discussion and answer questions from attendees.
