Pilates Short Course – Wunda Chair

The Wunda Chair is a very versatile piece of equipment and is used to challenge and provide variety for clients. In this one day course, you will learn an advanced repertoire of Wunda Chair exercises to cater to different levels of fitness and extend your clients. Knowing the Wunda Chair provides a real bonus for working in an Allied Health Clinic

Presented by Tracey Nicholson, Natalie Murray & Bruce Hilderbrand:

Tracey Nicholson:Tracey is a Pilates practitioner and Somatic Movement Therapist with extensive experience in education & rehabilitation together with a dance performance background.  She has worked as a Movement Educator for the past 30 years and has a Bachelor’s degree in Education. After completing a Graduate Diploma in Dance–Movement Therapy in 1995 she has worked more specifically in areas of mental health, rehabilitation and special education.  More recently, she has focused on approaches to exercise rehabilitation using the Pilates Method, Hanna Somatics and Gyrokinesis®. 

Natalie Murray: Natalie has 20 years experience as a Pilates Practitioner and instructor, runs her own studio specializing in working with clients who have been injured in the workplace, working with athletes, conducting private and small group Pilates classes and liaising with Allied Health practitioners. Natalie holds a Graduate Certificate in Pilates Method and a Diploma of Sports Injuries.

Bruce Hilderbrand: Bruce’s career expands 20 years as a Pilates Practitioner, Human Movement and Franklin Method practitioner, both overseas and in Australia. Bruce combines his passion for movement, learning and teaching in his own Pilates and Physiotherapy studio. Bruce’s professional interests involves working with elite and high level athletes, especially dancers and footballers and for the past 15 years working alongside Physiotherapists and Exercise Scientists. Bruce holds a B. App. Sci (Human Movement) and is a certificated Franklin Method Movement Educator, holds a Diploma in Pilates and NLP practitioner.

$350 plus $50 non-refundable enrolment fee

Pre-requisite is the requirement to have completed studies in Exercise Science, Physiotherapy or similar.

Optional assessment for the nationally accredited unit of competency ART20 Teach Pilates Small Apparatus, Note: Assessment for this unit of competency also requires the undertaking the Cadillac Short Course and completing additional assessment activities. An additional fee of $150 applies.
