Fundamentals of Swiss Ball Training Workshop

This workshop teaches the fundamentals of the Swiss ball focusing on global stabilisation and extremity integration. It includes strategies to implement stability exercise in rehabilitation and performance environments with practical assessments that minimise injury and maximise safety for over 30 Swiss ball exercises. Detailed attention is given to understanding the biomechanics behind each exercise whilst learning postural cueing techniques to teach your clients/patients.
 

Presented by Dr Luke Del Vecchio, AES, AEP, ASpS2, ESSAM

Luke Delvecchio is an experienced educator, researcher and a specialist in combat athlete high performance, managing combat athlete performance by developing programs for Boxers, Kickboxers, wrestlers and MMA fighters. Luke is a well-established and experienced Exercise Physiologist who is also involved in continuing education programs for fitness professionals and seminars for corporate, schools & sporting clubs. Luke is a highly skilled career professional with over 15 years practical experience in athlete strength and conditioning, corporate health, primary care and occupational rehabilitation environments.
