Your 1 day registration to the 2017 ESSA Business Forum registration includes:

  • Access to keynote speakers on the day of your registration
  • Access to concurrent sessions on the day of your registration
  • Access to the Networking Function
  • Access to the Exhibition Room on the day of your registration
  • Catering including arrival tea & coffee, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea on the day of your registration

  • Certificate of attendance, gaining you 8 ESSA CPD points

Terms and conditions

Confirmation:

  • You will receive a confirmation via email within 5 days of your registration and payment being received by ESSA. If you do not receive a confirmation letter, please contact ESSA on 07 3171 3335 or email businessforum@essa.org.au

Financial:

  • All rates are listed in Australian dollars and include Australian Goods & Service Tax (GST)
  • All registrations must be fully prepaid and received by ESSA prior to the Forum.
  • Payment can be made via Australian cheque, direct deposit or credit card (Visa and MasterCard only)
  • All payments made via credit card will incur a non-refundable 1.5% merchant fee

Discounts:

  • Earlybird registration is available for registrations received and paid in full on or before 9 March 2017. All registrations received after this date, or not paid in full by this date, will receive the standard registration rate.
  • Student non-member registrations must be a full time student at the time of registration and provide a student ID card with their registration to businesssforum@essa.org.au or fax 07 3318 7666.
  • No further discounts apply.

Cancellation Policy:

  • If you wish to cancel your registration, written notice must be provided to ESSA at businessforum@essa.org.au. Cancellation fees are below (based on the day of written notification received by ESSA):

On or before 31 January 2017: Full refund less $50.00 administration fee
1 February 2017 – 5 March 2017: 25% of your registration fee or $50.00 whichever is greater
6 March 2017 – 5 April 2017: 50% of your registration fee
6 April 2017 – 5 May 2017: 100% cancellation fee
“No Shows”: 100% cancellation fee

Substitution Policy:

  • Substitute/replacement delegates are welcome provided full details are received by ESSA on or before 30 April 2017. Please forward information to businessforum@essa.org.au.
