Cuing Floor Based Pilates Exercises

Would you like to learn exercises and cue them in an effective manner? In this online activity, you will learn the original ‘34 exercises’ taught on the Mat by Joseph Pilates and will develop an in depth understanding of the core and trunk musculature.  You will learn correct instructions and appropriate internal and external cues when instructing these exercises.

This is a recording of an ESSA Virtual Workshop presented on 17 June 2023.

Presented by Angeliki Stivactas, AES, AEP
