Exercise & Prostate Cancer

This online activity will discuss the various treatment possibilities for prostate cancer, the side effects of these treatments, with a focus on Androgen Deprivation Therapy, and how exercise can help counteract these side effects. This is a recording of an ESSA webinar presented on 5 April 2023.

Presented by Dale Ischia, AES, AEP

Dale is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with more than 25 years clinical experience who has specialised in oncology over the past 11 years.

She founded ‘Moving Beyond Cancer ‘, an exercise physiology program dedicated to improving the lives of people with a cancer diagnosis through appropriately prescribed exercise.
