All fees listed are GST exclusive.
ESSA will send an invoice once an application has been received. All fees must be paid in full before the application can be processed.
ESSA takes no responsibility for delays in commencing application reviews where the education provider fails to provide timely full payment of the application fee.

For courses that are delivered at multiple campuses, please contact the Course Accreditation Manager for additional fees costs.
Costs for additional site visits that are required to finalise an application outcome will be levied according to the specific requirements for the visit and will be determined by the Course Accreditation Manager.
Education providers that have multiple courses but choose not submit all of their courses concurrently for consideration of accreditation must contact the Course Accreditation Manager for fee costs.

Annual Fees
The annual fee for 2023 is $3,600.
Accreditation Conditions
Fees for accreditation conditions will be determined on a case-by-case basis, dependent upon the extent of the work involved to review accreditation condition submissions or time for a team to attend further stakeholder sessions. However, a minimum fee of $400 will be incurred.
Course Changes
Fees for course changes will be determined on a case-by-case basis, dependent upon the extent of the changes to be considered. However, a minimum fee of $400.00 will be incurred.
Appeal Fees
Fees for a course accreditation appeal are $5,058 (GST exclusive).
Note: This does not include the cost of any site visit that maybe necessary.
