Courses with Qualifying Accreditation
Updated 6 Oct 2023
Important information:
A course that has been awarded qualifying accreditation provides both the education provider and students with some assurance that a course is progressing towards meeting accreditation requirements. However, the award of qualifying accreditation is not to be construed as an expectation that a positive outcome for an application for full accreditation will be achieved.
Graduates from a course that has a qualifying accreditation status are not eligible to obtain accreditation credentialing with ESSA through recognition of having completed an accredited course.
The course must have been submitted for consideration of full accreditation at the required stage, and have been awarded either provisional or full accreditation status in order for graduates of the course to be eligible for accreditation credentialing with ESSA.
