What is Exercise Right?

Created in 2014, Exercise Right is ESSA's public health initiative designed to support Australians in achieving a more active and healthier lifestyle by connecting them with ESSA accredited exercise professionals.

The main aim of Exercise Right is to educate the public about the role of qualified exercise professionals in achieving their individual goals.

Each year, Exercise Right's annual awareness campaign, Exercise Right Week, is held in May with the goal of highlighting the benefits of exercising and raising awareness of accredited exercise professionals.

Exercise Right Week is your chance to help raise awareness of your profession, connect with potential clients and get your community involved in understanding the role of exercise and sports science in their lives.
