AEP C.A.S.E Conference: Women's Health
This case conference will focus on pelvic health care for those who live with endometriosis. We will discuss pelvic floor treatment and exercise prescription to help manage associated symptoms, pelvic pain and be able to progress exercise toward client goals. We will follow the treatment journey of a client who is struggling to move beyond gentle exercise and suffers with pelvic floor symptoms that are impacting QOL.

Courtenay is a Women’s Health Exercise Physiologist specialising in Pelvic Health care across the female lifecycle, especially with those who wish to continue high impact sport and training. She runs a fully virtual clinic providing telehealth to women across Australia who have limited access to pelvic health care. She is very passionate about the role of Exercise Physiologists in pelvic health care. When she is not seeing 1:1 clients she is running her mentorship program to help develop skills in Exercise Physiologists wanting to enhance their skills in pelvic health care for women.
