The EMP Onsite team provided an overview of their injury prevention programs and their proactive measures to manage OH&S risk and protect the wellbeing and safety of employees. Considerations in developing a quality program for large businesses, such as buy-in to the program, functional movement analysis, risk assessments and working collaboratively as a multidisciplinary team, were discussed.

This is a recording of an ESSA Learning Activity presented in November 2020.

Presented by Ashleigh Hourigan, AES; Nathan De Zilva, AEP; and Dale Turner, Physiotherapist and Managing Director of EMP Onsite.
