Live Chat with Q&A AES’s in Aged Care

ESSA chats to AEP business owner, Nic Grose, to discuss how she utilises AES's in her business model to better support her older clients. We will also be joined by AES, Emma, who has been working as an AES while studying her exercise physiology degree. We will discuss the benefits of this model to both AESs and business owners in the aged care sector.

with On the Move's Nic Grose and Emma Galley

Nic is one of Directors, and Senior Accredited Exercise Physiologist of Active - On the Move Rehab. Her passion for sport and rehabilitation is the driving factor in gaining two Degrees in Human Movement and Exercise Physiology respectively. With a decade in experience with disability rehabilitation, Nic’s more than qualified in getting the most out of each individual and her passion is faultless.

Emma is the most recent member of On the Move's clinical team and is an ESSA Accredited Exercise Scientist. Emma has recently completed her Masters in Clinical Exercise Physiology and is currently awaiting accreditation as an AEP. She has a passion for the Rural life, where she would like to improve the health and well being of those who live in rural and remote communities.
