This presentation introduces the various personal injury and workers compensation schemes operating within Australia. We will discuss each of the main schemes and review their commonalities and differences. Participants will walk away with a broad understanding of the schemes, the skills to identify which schemes they work within and how to find resources to navigate through the schemes.
