This type of PD is formal and structured for the purpose of maintaining the knowledge and skills of ESSA professionals and generally targets key areas of practice, based on the current evidence base. CPD points and PD certificate are uploaded to your online ESSA profile within approximately 30 days of successfully completing the PD.
